The BladeRunner G5 is our newest (2020) updated CNC control unit. The 600W 48V 12A ESPIII “Smart” Power Supply provides plenty of power for up to six 620 oz-in hybrid stepper motors and protects your expensive drive components from over voltage (line surges), overload and over-temperature conditions. The stepper motors come with 3/8″ output shafts with the capability of cut speeds at 350 IPM and 700 IPM rapids with a 3:1 belt reduction drive. This unit is equipped with:

This is a bundled system that includes the hardware and software to do control of several types of cutting operations. The RS485 VFD control (ISS-05) is the interface to maost VFD’s for Spindles. The unitl also provides two external switched AC outlets for conventional routers or to control Vacuum or external loads from software or screen buttons
The LPTS comes wired and ready to connect to the INPUTs on the G5 and is powered off the G5 12V suppy. Easy to mount . Stainless touch-off target and molded mounting tabs .
**While Vectric Products are all Windows Based and will not run on the CommandCNC Linux PC, the cut files it produces (from the custom POST we include) do run and can be transferred by memory stick or using the built0in WIFI channel in the Mini PC. SheetCAM runs on either platform and does Inkscape and seal other applications. So design and do the CAM work on a Windows Laptop or Desktop PC then move the cut file tot he Control PC or use an App that runs on either platform.
Your CommandCNC system is tested as a complete system with controller, motors and ISS-05 and certified to ensure complete functionality. LINUX is fully compatible with Windows file formats and any Windows , IP based or WIFI network to easily exchange files. Draw and CAM process on Linux or Windows and cut it on your CommandCNC system.
