NEW! G5L-EC Legacy Replacement Controller Unit (no motors) with Embedded PC

IF something BAD happened to your existing BladeRunner 620-4  Control Box and it’s not repairable or too costly, this is a fully operational MAIN G5 control box with power section, drivers, all front end logic and internal cards, assembled and tested. It’s a FULL G5 UPGRADE but with the LEGACY older 4 wide motor connectors so you do not have to replace existing motors and rewire the table. This model has the computer EMBEDDED and the 4 port hub is internal.  The only external connections are the monitor, keyboard and mouse.  The Legacy motor connections work with older 620 motors and the I/O (inputs) has been move to the side of the box for easy access.

This is designed for the situation where the main control box has suffered electrical damage or physical damage that is not covered by warranty. This new box is an UPGRADE /Replacement that allows you to move from the older Windows /MACH3 based BladeRunner and Windows PC to a NEW G5 control box and NEW quad processor MINI PC preloaded with LINUX and CommandCNC(tm).   Instead of sending in your old controller for the UPGRADE,  this replaces the whole controller with new everything including Power Section, DTHC5, EBOB and Drivers.   And it carries a full 2 year warranty when used with our 23 frame 620 oz-in steppers .  

This  not for a new build.   It does not include the Plasma Connection kit and it does not have a license for SheetCAM.   It’s for existing installs of CandCNC controllers using the 23 frame 620 oz-in steppers.  It’s not designed for servos or the larger PlazPak controllers with 34 980 motors
