THC SENSOR PWM RECALL NOTICE
The THC SENSOR PWM MODA modification is a change that is required to make the PWM module function properly with the table and plasma grounded (recommended). Due to a design mistake the normally isolated and floating power supply to the PWM module is connected imporperly to the +12 supply from the PC (logic) side. This causes noise and voltage crosstalk across the grounds. All THC SENSOR PWM Modules shipped PRIOR TO OCT 6th 2011 will need the modification. Units that have been modified will be clearly marked on the case with a :MOD A" sticker (back or front label) and on the board inside.

To expedite the process you can choose from
three methods:

BEFORE YOU USE ANY OF THE METHODS, YOU MUST GO TO THE RMA FORM and fill out the
form with all of the required fields and SUBMIT it. You will be given
an RMA # once you submit a valid form. There will be a link button to
come back to this page. The ONLY method that does not require the RMA
Form is a Purchase and Refund, but you MUST submit a RMA form if, and
when, you decide to return the module for a refund.
- Disconneect the 3 cables at the THC SENSOR PWM Module. You do not need to return the MIC-01 cable, 25 ft UTP cable, or the RAV-01 and it's cables.
- Put the module in a small box with padding. units damaged in shipping are not covered under this recall program. Warranty does not cover damaged electronics due to poor packing.
- Return the module via a method that has tracking or delivery confirmation
- You do not need to generate an "order" by using the "Make it Happen" button
B. RETURN and CROSS SHIP Method
- Use steps 1 - 3 above. As soon as you have a valid tracking number from your carrier put it in the space marked TRACKING NUMBER on the right. Hit the "Make it Happen" button. You will be asked to generate an order (0 dollar) and fill out the name and address (again....sorry). That order alerts us that a cross ship recall unit is on it's way.
- We will
ship out a modified unit as soon as we get your order transaction.
You still need to execute an RMA FORM PRIOR to doing the order
transaction.
C. PURCHASE and REFUND Method
Select Next Day Shipping if desired. THC Sensor PWM ModA Module will ship on next shipping cycle. (lower 48 states USA)
Use the Buy it Now button and execute the order using PayPal. Normal shipping rates will be applied. Overnight shipping and handling fee will be added on top of normal rates.
Return the THC SENSOR PWM Module after you replace it, for a $85.00 refund. YOU HAVE 60 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPLACMENT THC SENSOR PWM MODA TO RETURN THE MODULE FOR A FULL REFUND. You must execute an RMA Form at the time you elect to return the Module for refund.
