RoutePak-1 This package is for the builder that needs a 4X4 or 4X8 bed Router table. The power control unit is our solid SPSC650 and features remote control from the front panel of the MP1000-Basic. The MP1000-Basic is the only interface control that can be upgraded to either a THC for plasma or SPS for Spindle Speed date. This bundle provides you with all of the elecronics and electrical componets except the PC.

For stepper systems where only 3 or 4 motors are running at once, the smaller 650W (SPSC-650) power supply is sufficient. Routerpak 5 NOW, were starting to get SERIOUS!! You can start to build special function tables that have multiple independant Z functions or have a separate rotary axis for cutting pipe or indexing square tube. The RouterPak5 can be ordered with 3 or 4 fullsized 850 oz-in servo motors and drives or with combinations of large 850 oz-in and smaller 240 oz-in 23 frame servo's. The smaller motors will work for driving rotary tables and/or most Z type slides.

Routerpak 5.5 A FULL HOUSE (6) Drives and motors. 4 big 850 oz-in peak motors and 2 smaller 240 oz-in for multiple Z axis or rotary table drives. The unit is defined as 5.5Axis because it has one of the added axis hardware slaved to Y. It frees up an axis in MACH so you can can have 5 axis of independant control and a dual drive axis too This model solves the problem of using one axis in the control software for software slaving. You get full XYZA & B control. Use A & B as added Z heads, rotary axis/table drives or combinations. You can easily build a table with a separate rotary axis that can be swtiched to in software rather than moving cables and unplugging drives and motors. |
Same features as above in the RouterPak5 but 6 motor Drives and 6 encoder pigtails and cables. 4 full sized 34 frame servos and 2 smaller 23 frame servos. Note: While this model is capable of doing full 5 axis machining the 3D drawing and 5 axis CAM software needed to generate the toolpaths is not part of the package. MACH will control 5 or 6 axis of motion (we only support 5 controlled axis with our hardwre) but the creation of 4 or 5 axis machining files is complex and the CAM software is expensive compared to 2.5D machining |

Plugs in with a single DB9 to all SPSC series Power Controllers. POD can be mounted up to 25 ft from Power Controller enclosure. Allows STOP/RUN for motor power, digital display of Volts, Amps and internal temperature (deg F) of your Smart Power Supply Control. Real time Load Meter uses a bright LED bar graph. If the Supply shuts down with a fault the display flashes the appropriate fault LED. On Servo systems (RoutePak 2, 3 or 4) it will display WHICH axis faulted. History button shows all vital numbers when the fault was triggered. Case is 3.625 X 5.75 X 1.125. Comes with Velcro hanger and adhesive strip. Can be mounted next to other operator controls.
