PlazPak-1B For those situations where you need a 5th axis we have designed a new Triple Stack Gecko assembly that gives you two more slots for motor drives. For stepper systems where only 3 or 4 motors are running at once, the smaller 650W (SPSC-650) power supply is sufficient. You can use the extra axis as an added Z running a different process (center punch, drill, Oxy-Acet, etc) without having to swap cutting heads

Plazpak 5 NOW, were starting to get SERIOUS!! You can start to build special function plaza cutters that have multiple independant Z functions or have a separate rotary axis for cutting pipe or indexing square tube. The PlazPak5 can be ordered with 5 fullsized 850 oz-in servo motors and drives or with combinations of large 850 oz-in and smaller 240 oz-in 23 frame servo's. The smaller motors will work for driving rotary tables and/or most Z type slides.

| You say you need to control more loads than just the Torch Switch on the plasma? This OPTION adds a totally enclosed Quad Relay Box that connects to the HLC301 I/O card (HLC-301 comes with all MP1000 based systems) and gives you access to 4 more outputs. The Box has 2 high current relays (one 15A one 10A) and two smaller 1A relays. You have plug access to the small relays and standard 120V 15V dual socket for the high current ones. Status LED's show you the state of each output. Each one is controlled individually from MACH. The box is designed to surface mount virtually anywhere its safe to run AC components. You can mount it on the Table, on the gantry or back on the SPSC controller. If you are building a mixed use (router/plasma) table you need the Quad Relay Option to turn on your Router. Works with all routers even soft-start models rated at 15A or less. |

Drive your table while standing close. The MPG101B has our exclusive Multi-axis proportional jog stick (further you push it the faster it goes). Three buttons control the Jog type (Fast, slow, single step) or axis pair. The other buttons are setup to control specific MACH functions you would normally have to do from the keyboard. Things like REF XY & Z, Zero Dro's, Feedrate override, THC adjust, torch fire, Program run (cycle start) Feedhold, STOP and RESET (e-stop) are all at your finger tips. Once you run a table with the MPG101B you will never go back to the keyboard method!
