This package is for the builder that needs a
4X8 or 5X10 or larger bed plasma table. The power control unit is our
solid ESPII 650 and features SMART POWER. Every parameter of the controller is monitored (voltage, current temperature) and is designed to protect all of the vital components (including the motor driver units). Our exclusive Drive Saver technology lets us use lower cost G201X drives but with the same level of protection against wiring shorts and errors. Our DTHC has more features than any other THC for less than $5,000! Over 500 units sold to
date. This bundle provides you with all of the elecronics and
electrical componets except the PC.

For those situations where you need a 5th
axis we have designed a new Triple Stack Gecko assembly that gives
you two more slots for motor drives. For stepper systems where
only 3 or 4 motors are running at once, the smaller 650W
(SPSC-650) power supply is sufficient. You can use the extra
axis as an added Z running a different process (center punch, drill,
Oxy-Acet, Rotary axis, etc) without having to swap cutting
heads or wires.

Plazpak 5
NOW, were starting to
get SERIOUS!! You can start to build special function plaza
cutters that have multiple independant Z functions or have a
separate rotary axis for cutting pipe or indexing square
tube. The PlazPak5 can be ordered with 5 fullsized 850
oz-in servo motors and drives or with combinations of large 850
oz-in and smaller 240 oz-in 23 frame servo's. The smaller
motors will work for driving rotary tables and/or most Z type
slides.
