WARNING!  Do NOT try to use the FT-01 without a backup system to stop motion in case the ohmic touch does not work!  The ohmic sensor will fail on dirty , rusty  or coated material.  The typical Z axis with leadscrew has enough force to damage or break the end of you torch   You need the Floating Holder to act as a shock asorber and it's touch switch to use as a backup.. 

 FT-01 FeatherTouch Ohmic Sensor

Makes your torch Tip a highly sensitive touch sensor by sensing when the tip touchs a piece of metal on the table.  Virtually zero downforce is appled so it is perfect for cutting thin materials.  It will not push down bowed or warped materail during the touch-off sequence so there is no "spring back" error like there can be using the Floating Torch Holder alone.  The FT=01K Kit comes complete with 25ft stranded wire cable** connected at the Sensor end that connects it to a small sanp on adapter for the CandCNC Table I/O.  Hookup and setup should take just a few minutes. Works with all BaldeRunner, MP3000-DTHC, Plapaks.  Comes with
  • FT-01 Ohmic Sensor Module
  • 9 to 14VDC Wallplug transformer (120VAC only)

    DIGITAL CURRENT PROBE DCP-01
    Now you can see the actual  DC Amps AT THE CUT using our exclusive DCP Add-on module for the DTHC.  It is accurate within better than 2% across a range of 20 to 125A (higher range version available on request).  Displayed in real time on the same screen as the TORCH VOLTS,  it gives you precise information about your plasma cut.  No longer do you have to guess at what the true cut current is.   Use the Cut Profile to preset fault points so you can prevent bad cuts due to improper dial settings or poor workclamp connections.  The DCP also acts as an adjustable ARC OK sensor and it works with any plasma cutter.  Each Cut Profile can have it's own ACR OK trip value in AMPS. 

    NOTE You need to order this option if your Plasma cuttier DOES NOT HAVE AN ARC OK (aka Transfer, Arc Xfr, OK to Move signal. It Plugs directly into the new THCSensor-PWM Module
