MP1000-SPS Spindle Speed Providing a hardware interface for MACH3's Spindle Speed option, this fully digital version allows precison control of spindle speed though any control that accepts a 0-10VDC control voltage (VFD's, DC Motor controls, etc. Because the analog output to the control is totally isolated from the internal electronics you don't have to worry if your VFD has isolation from the line. The MP1000-SPS has two separate relays that are for RUN and DIRECTION and will work with most configurations of VFD's. |

MP1000 - Table I/O When you get your MP1000 unit you will open it up to find one of these quality remote I/O cards. At first it may be confusing if you are used to the wiring nightmare of other units. Once you realize that the Table I/O card mounts out on the machine (where it belongs) and gives you a termination board to quickly attach your Home and limit switches (plus a Safety Kill switch and a remote Feedhold) and that all you have to do is connect it back to the MP1000 via a 25 pin cable the light will come on! The card comes with the LED indicators that light when switches are activated and three powerful relays (1 30A and 2 10A). Available as an option you can add the sealed, commercial, clear-topped case with a pre-routed end plate and special mounting sub-plate. |
