Description:
The ACM-100 is a low cost, logic controlled, 25 amp AC Contactor that uses a mix of reliable conventional safety latching relays and modern technolog (low level logic trip signals) to build an AC wiring distribution point for CNC power control cabinets. Ease of installation, concise instructions and innovative feaures make this unit a unique solution and cost effective for those persons and companies building CNC equipment.  When coupled with either of the DCM modules (either the full featured 4 channel Current Monitoring Electronic Breaker DCM-01 model, or the lower cost single channel DC-100) the builder has an integrated solution for the control of all the power to the motor drives.  When interfaced with a DCM module any fault on the DC side trips the shutdown of the AC side.

The ACM-100 is a reliable way to provide power control inside the enclosure and to control it remotely.  Couple that with the cost savings of no large front panel switches and indicators with the added labor to hook them up, along with the ability to add table safety switches hard limits, and you have the perfect solution to lower costs, increase reliability, and make the machine inherently safer.
